Introduction About us
Fish Hook is a Japanese online select shop specializing in fishing tackle and outdoor gear, founded in 2023 and based in Saitama, Japan.
Our mission is simple: "Let's give the future a beautiful natural environment and sunsets." To bring this mission to life, we donate 1% of our sales to environmental conservation efforts and collaborate with partners on upcycling initiatives — including transforming discarded fishing lines and nets into new products.
Since our grand opening, we have hosted pop-up events at Takashimaya, one of Japan's most prestigious department stores, and continue to grow a community of anglers and outdoor enthusiasts across Japan and beyond.
We are proud to deliver authentic Japanese fishing culture to the world.
Terms for Overseas Shipping
Product prices vary by item. Please check each product page for details.

Our staff will confirm stock availability and provide shipping details. Payment is accepted via PayPal. Shipping costs are calculated based on EMS, Yamato Transport, or UPS rates.

(Reservations for Products)
We do not accept layaways or advance reservations.
(Product Shipping)
Orders are shipped to your international address via Japan Post EMS, Yamato Transport, or UPS.
Please note that some items cannot be shipped outside of Japan.
(Product Returns and Exchanges)
In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges after purchase.
(Method of payment)
We accept PayPal. Please create an account and register your payment method before placing an order.
(Cancellation of Products)
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, if a defect is found during our pre-shipment inspection and a replacement is unavailable, we may cancel the order at our discretion and notify you promptly.
(Change of order details)
Order details cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
(Wrapping Service)
We do not offer gift wrapping services.
(Handling of Personal Information)
Personal information collected through our store will be managed in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

(Prohibited acts)
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using our store. Violations may result in refusal of service, legal action, or claims for damages.
1. Impersonating another person or submitting false order information.
2. Placing orders without genuine purchase intent.
3. Purchasing for the purpose of resale or commercial use.
4. Failing to fulfill payment or other obligations.
5. Refusing delivery or causing delivery failures due to extended absence.
6. Interfering with our normal business operations.
7. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
8. Engaging in fraud, threats, violence, or any acts that violate laws or public order.
9. Making excessive demands beyond the scope of our services.
10. Being affiliated with antisocial forces.
11. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.
(Service Interruption)
Fish Hook shall not be liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, power outages, system failures, unauthorized access, or disruptions in logistics and transportation.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Disclaimer
1. In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and any other language version of these Terms, the Japanese version shall prevail.
2. Fish Hook, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect or direct damages arising from disputes between the Customer and the Company, except where such damages are caused by the Company's own negligence.
3. Where the Company is found liable, its maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant transaction, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Other
1. Any legal disputes arising from the use of our store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court.
2. In the event that the Company incurs legal costs due to a Customer's non-payment or violation of these Terms, the Customer shall bear such costs, including attorney fees.
